2Isi pemberitahuan pelanggaran / Elements of a notification

Agar dapat diproses, kirim email ke alamat agen di atas dengan seluruh poin berikut:
- Identifikasi karya berhak cipta yang dianggap dilanggar, atau daftar ringkas karya-karya tersebut bila lebih dari satu.
- URL tepat di tgkomik.com (dan/atau tautan eksternal) di mana materi berada, agar kami dapat menemukannya.
- Informasi kontak Anda: nama, alamat, nomor telepon, dan email.
- Pernyataan itikad baik bahwa penggunaan materi tersebut tidak diizinkan oleh pemegang hak, agennya, atau hukum.

To be actionable, email the designated agent above with all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- The exact URL on tgkomik.com (and/or external link) where the material appears, so we can locate it.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf, under penalty of perjury.
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or its agent.
3Tindak lanjut kami / What we do

4Penangguhan / Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or you hold a licence, send to the same agent: (a) your identity and contact details; (b) identification of the material and its prior location; (c) a good-faith statement that removal occurred due to mistake or misidentification; (d) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you reside (or the Southern District of New York if you are outside the United States) and to being served by the complainant or its agent; and (e) your signature.
5Kebijakan pelanggar berulang / Repeat-infringer policy
